  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Fresh and basic ingredients to great food





Start with the tomato



Chop it to small pieces




Heat oil in a pan




Add the chopped tomato and fry it



Fry the tomato in medium heat. High heat removes the juices too fast and burns it!





Mash the tomatoes with a spatula so it gets softer





Minced garlic ready to add flavor




Add the garlic





Fry it, but don't burn it



Salt & Pepper




Add the spices




Add the eggs




Mix around when the egg whites go from clear to white




Blend it
